Create your account and clinic

This is done once, by the person who will administer the clinic in Pingclínica. That account becomes an administrator, with permission to configure everything and invite the rest of the team.

1. Create the user

Go to pingclinica.com and choose Probar gratis. You need an email address and a password.

Use an institutional address you will keep access to — not the personal email of someone who might leave the clinic. That address receives account notifications and is what recovers access.

2. Register the clinic

After sign-up you get a form with the clinic's details. What matters:

Clinic name — the name the bot uses when introducing itself to patients. Write it the way you want it read.
Specialty — free text: odontología, dermatología, medicina general, oftalmología, whatever applies. The bot uses it to introduce itself ("a dental clinic"). Left blank, it just says "clinic". You can change it later in Configuration.
Time zone — determines the time appointments are shown and booked in. Mainland Ecuador is correct by default. Check it: if it's wrong, appointments appear at a different time from the real one.

3. Approval

Depending on how the platform is configured, one of two things happens:

The clinic activates immediately and you go straight to the dashboard.
The request stays pending review. You'll see a waiting screen and get an email when it's approved or rejected.

4. The 14-day trial

The free trial clock starts when the clinic is approved, not when you created the user. Fourteen days, every feature, no card required.

During the trial you can use everything without restriction. When the end is near, the dashboard warns you in Configuration, and you subscribe from there. Details in Billing.

If the trial ends without a subscription, the account is not deleted: appointments and patients stay, the dashboard stays readable, and reminders for already-booked appointments keep going out. What gets blocked is creating new things and the bot starting conversations. Subscribing restores everything.

If you got a detail wrong

Name, specialty and time zone can all be changed later in Configuration, without help from anyone. Nothing you entered here is permanent.
