Calendar

Shows appointments on a grid of hours. Use it to see gaps, load per doctor, and clashes at a glance.

Week and day

• Week — seven columns. The planning view: quiet days and saturated ones stand out.
• Day — a single column with more detail per band. The view for working the front desk.

On a phone the week view scrolls horizontally; the day headers move with the content as it scrolls.

What each appointment shows

The block shows patient, time and doctor. Colour indicates status, using the same convention as Home. Tapping the block opens the full detail.

The time zone

The calendar draws appointments in the clinic's time. It's noted in the screen header so there's no doubt.

This genuinely matters: if someone checks the schedule while travelling, or from a branch in another time zone, they still see the time the patient will actually walk in — not the time on their own clock.

Gaps that shouldn't be there

If you see an empty band where the doctor does work, or the reverse — a band being offered when they don't — the problem is almost always the weekly schedule or a mis-entered time-off range. Check Doctors and time off, and if it still doesn't add up, No available times appear.
