The first screen after signing in, built for reception: what's happening today and what still needs attention.

The figures at the top

A summary of the clinic's current state: today's appointments, confirmed, cancelled, and the no-show indicator. They're live — they update when the bot books or when a patient answers a reminder.

Today's schedule

The day's appointments in time order, each with its status:

StatusWhat it means
AgendadaBooked; hasn't answered the reminder yet
ConfirmadaThe patient tapped Confirmo on the 24-hour reminder
CanceladaCancelled by the patient or the clinic
CompletadaThe patient attended
No asistióThe patient didn't show

Marking Completada or No asistió is your team's job; the system doesn't guess. It's worth doing: it's what feeds Analytics and the no-show risk indicator.

Tapping an appointment opens the detail: patient, phone, doctor, procedure, reminder status, and intake answers if there were any.

Creating an appointment by hand

The create button covers what the bot doesn't: patients who phone, who walk in, or who'd rather speak to a person.

Ask for the phone number whenever there is one. An appointment saved without a phone number gets no reminders, because there's nowhere to send them. This is the single most common cause of "this patient never got their reminder."

If the number belongs to an already-registered patient, the appointment links itself to their record. If it's new, the record is created automatically — which also lets the bot converse with that number from then on.

It doesn't matter how you type the number — 0991112233, +593 99 111 2233, 593991112233 — the system normalises it and recognises them as the same.

About the time you're seeing

All appointment times are shown in the clinic's time zone, not the time zone of the computer you're looking from. If your team checks the schedule from another country, they see exactly the same time reception sees.
